No. You add us as a manager on your Facebook page and Google profile through their own settings. You stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
You keep your improved page, your posts and a 30-day content plan. If you join a monthly plan within 30 days, the £99 comes off your first month. If not, there's nothing more to pay.
Your Facebook page, Google profile, web address and the photos and text you give us are always yours. The finished website becomes yours once it's paid in full. If it's hosted on our care plan and you decide to move, we'll give you a copy of your site to take elsewhere (a small handover fee may apply). We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you'd rather we didn't.
Most small-business websites take 3–4 weeks from our first chat, depending on how quickly we gather your photos and details. An overhaul is usually quicker.
No. We're based in Bury and happy to meet locally around Greater Manchester, but everything can be done remotely for businesses anywhere in the UK.
